HR - Social Media Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic HR- Social Media Marketing Intern to support our recruitment and branding initiatives.

This role will focus on creating engaging social media content and interacting with audiences across platforms such as TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and Facebook to attract driver and rider candidates.

This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing

● Create engaging content for recruitment and marketing purposes across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads

● Design posters, social media visuals, stories, and short-form videos/reels

● Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to attract drivers and riders

● Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and social media interactions

● Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas

● Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities

● Ensure all content aligns with company branding and communication style

● Assist with basic video editing and content scheduling
● Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Public Relations, or related field

● Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads content.

● Basic skills in photography, videography, Canva, CapCut, or other content editing tools

● Creative mindset with good communication skills

● Up-to-date with social media trends and viral content

● Able to work independently and meet deadlines

● Passionate about content creation and digital engagement
