We are NewJob LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Delaware, United States.
We operate the website at newjob.tech (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
NewJob is a job aggregation service. We pull publicly available job listings from third-party applicant tracking systems and present them in a searchable interface. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We do not make hiring decisions.
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and NewJob LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
Free tier: You can browse a limited number of jobs per day without an account. No sign-up required.
NewJob Pro: A paid subscription ($15/month, billed annually at $9/month) that removes daily limits and adds premium features including saved search alerts, salary benchmarking, and full archive access.
We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and availability at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not allowed. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
NewJob Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
The NewJob interface, design, brand, and original content are owned by us. Job listing data is sourced from publicly available official company recruitment systems and remains the property of the respective employers.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Job listings on NewJob are sourced from official company recruitment systems. We display this data as-is and do not verify the accuracy of individual listings. Companies may update or remove positions at any time. If a listing appears stale or incorrect, the source data may not have been updated by the employer.
The Services contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services. If you decide to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites, you do so at your own risk.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of NewJob after changes constitutes acceptance.
