What this means:
MDR applies to both you and the Company
Most workplace-related disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support aspects of the hiring process (e.g., application review or resume screening). These tools assist our team but do not replace human decision-making. All final hiring decisions are made by people.
• Positive attitude and work ethic. • High School graduate or equivalent. A mechanical/technical/vocational school background or experience is a plus. • A valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license. A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with tanker endorsement is a plus. • The ability to perform manual labor. Must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience or combination of education and experience may be considered. • Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of wastewater collection systems. • Knowledge of the operation and preventative maintenance of a variety of equipment. • Skilled in the use of a variety of hand and power tools. • Skilled in oral and written communication. • NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) certification, or the ability to obtain within the first 6 months. • Class A CDL with Air Brakes and tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain within 6 months. • Participate in an on-call rotation and assist others with after hour calls. • Be able to work in inclement weather. • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen before employment. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • May stand, walk, or move 6 to 8 hours daily. • May sit for 1 to 3 hours daily. • May perform work in confined spaces. • May require wearing a respirator while performing some tasks. • May perform operations and maintenance functions requiring manual dexterity and precision movements, continuous or repetitive arm and hand movements, grasping movements, and occasional forceful exertion. • Exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, and reaching, climbing stairs and ladders. • May lift, carry, push/pull objects and materials: regularly up to 40 pounds. • Perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, odor, depth and visual cues or signals.
