Product Line Marketing Manager

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the Information Solutions Product Line team, which develops, manufactures, and delivers Passenger Information, Public Address, and CCTV systems for trains and buses.

Reporting to the Rolling Stock Components Marketing Director and working closely with the Product Lines Sales Director, you will collaborate with Product Line leadership, Product Management, Tendering, Engineering, Finance, Services, and Communication teams. You will also engage regularly with customers, partners, and suppliers across the globe to help drive business growth and market success.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Information Solutions Product Line team, you will help develop and execute the Product Line strategy to increase market share and profitability.

You will provide valuable market insights by analyzing customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support the go-to-market strategy, help shape product positioning, and promote the unique value of our solutions. Your work will contribute to strengthening Wabtec's market presence and supporting the continued growth of the Information Solutions business.

What do we want to know about you?

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management.
• Experience working within an industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to develop strategies, present recommendations, and influence decision-making.
• Strong customer focus and ability to engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English and German

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting tendering activities and commercial offer development.
• Experience creating marketing, communication, and business development content.

What will your typical day look like?

• Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Support the development and execution of Product Line strategies and business priorities.
• Define and maintain product positioning and competitive differentiators.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and business case development.
• Create and update content that supports business development and communication activities.
• Support tendering activities by enhancing the positioning of commercial offers.
• Meet with customers to better understand market needs and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and coordinate activities across departments.
• Organize and participate in industry events, customer engagements, and marketing initiatives.
• Support activities that drive market share growth and profitability for the Information Solutions Product Line.
