Buscamos Web Designer & UX Sr. .

¿Qué harás?

• Liderarás el diseño de punta a punta (UX/UI) para proyectos web complejos, como sitios de marca, plataformas de configuración de vehículos y landing pages de alto impacto.

• Traducir los objetivos de negocio y las necesidades del usuario en flujos de navegación intuitivos, wireframes detallados, prototipos interactivos y mockups de alta fidelidad.

• Crear y mantener sistemas de diseño (Design Systems) para garantizar consistencia y escalabilidad en todas las plataformas digitales de la marca.

• Colaborar estrechamente con estrategas, desarrolladores, copywriters y project managers para dar vida a soluciones digitales cohesivas y de clase mundial.

• Presentar decisiones de diseño de manera convincente ante equipos internos y stakeholders, basándote en principios de UX, datos y mejores prácticas.

Skills Requeridos.

• Licenciatura Diseño Gráfic, Multimedia, Comunicación visual o carreras afines

• Experiencia +5 años

• Excelente manejo de Figma, Sketch y la Adobe Creative Suite. Fundamentos de front-end (HTML, CSS)

• Inglés AVANZADO
