Member of Technical Staff

THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for revolutionizing how life sciences organizations interact with agents. You will design novel experiences that will become a daily driver of workflows. You’ll work with frontier models and orchestrate new interfaces to help people leverage them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Retrieval over peta-byte scale documents with varying formats (graphs, tables, diagrams, etc)

• Organizational-level interfaces to collaborate with AI & mesh into their everyday workflows

• 1000-step planning agents with human in the loop architecture

• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to design product experiences that help automate common workflows

• Evaluating LLMs across a diversity of life science specific tasks

• Government-level security for some of the world’s most sensitive data

• Internet-scale data collection

NICE TO HAVE'S:

• You have experience working in a high growth early stage startup.

• You have experience building agents, or fine-tuning LLMs to accomplish complex tasks.

• You have experience in building large scale content indexing systems.

• You’ve built apps or are familiar with our stack - NextJS, React, Typescript, Python, Postgres, Azure, Vespa, Langgraph, Celery, Azure.
