About Uplane (YC F25)
Companies waste billions on bad ads, mismatched landing pages, and poor budget allocation. Uplane fixes this by building an AI marketing operating system. Our software supports marketing teams with static ad creation, video ad creation, landing page design, budget allocation, and more. We are building the AI software for the next generation of AI-native marketers and need an ambitious growth operator who will do whatever it takes to grow the company and build the operations behind it.
About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, German- and English-speaking growth operator to join our team full-time (on-site in San Francisco or Berlin). In this role, you work directly with the founders on everything that makes Uplane grow. You build the structures, processes and team behind a company that is scaling fast across Germany and the US, and you take on whatever is most important right now.

Responsibilities
- Growth Projects: You work directly with the founders on whatever moves Uplane forward right now: scaling the team internationally, launching new projects.
- Build AI-Native Operations: AI in every workflow, no manual work that a machine does better.
- Build the Team: You help us find and onboard the people who build the marketing agency of the future, and you make sure new hires get up to speed in days, not months.
Requirements
- Passion for building, you love growth, people and getting things done
- At least 1 year of work experience, e.g. in business development, consulting, startups or operations
- Strong social skills, you win people over
- Structured and organised, you run many things in parallel without dropping any
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; you solve whatever problem comes up
- Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies
- Fluent German and English
