- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan for CSA works.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, and material submittals.
- Conduct site quality inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), quality observations, root cause analyses, and close-out activities.
- Review test reports, material certifications, mock-up approvals, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
- Ensure all CSA works comply with project specifications, drawings, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Track quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for project stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, punch list management, and final project handover documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong experience in CSA quality management within Industrial, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or High-Tech Facility projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
