CAPCO POLAND

  • We are looking for Poland based candidate.

This role is hybrid.

At Capco Poland, we’re not just another consultancy - we’re the spark behind digital transformation in the financial world. As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

Help financial institutions navigate complex regulatory expectations and turn regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable change.

The Role

As a Senior Manager in our Risk & Regulatory practice at Capco, you will advise financial institutions on complex regulatory, risk and supervisory matters, helping clients understand regulatory expectations and translate them into effective business responses.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and business functions, supporting engagements involving regulatory change, supervisory reviews, remediation programs and interactions with regulatory authorities, including the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

This is a senior advisory role combining regulatory knowledge, consulting expertise and strong stakeholder management. You will help clients assess regulatory implications, identify gaps, define practical solutions and deliver sustainable change while contributing to the continued development of Capco’s Risk & Regulatory offering in Poland.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise banks and other financial institutions on regulatory and risk matters, translating regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations into practical business actions and transformation initiatives.
  • Support clients in preparing for and responding to regulatory engagements, including interactions with KNF, supervisory reviews, inspections, findings and subsequent remediation programs.
  • Lead regulatory assessments and remediation engagements, identifying gaps, defining target-state solutions and establishing clear governance and implementation of roadmaps.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and business functions, providing clear advice on complex regulatory topics and supporting effective decision-making.
  • Lead client engagements and contribute to the growth of Capco’s Risk & Regulatory offering through proposition development, client conversations and the identification of new advisory opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in risk, regulatory or compliance advisory within financial services, gained within consulting, banking, a regulatory environment or a combination of these.
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish and European financial services regulatory environment, with experience interpreting regulatory requirements and understanding their practical implications for financial institutions.
  • Practical experience supporting regulatory interactions, supervisory reviews, regulatory remediation or related programs, ideally involving KNF.
  • Strong advisory and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly to senior management and work effectively across business and control functions.
  • Experience leading consulting engagements or complex regulatory initiatives, including managing teams, senior stakeholders, delivery priorities and client outcomes.
  • Direct experience working with, or supporting engagements involving, KNF or other European financial services regulators.
  • Knowledge across multiple areas of banking regulation, risk management, governance, compliance or regulatory remediation.
  • Experience supporting banks through regulatory inspections, supervisory findings, remediation plans or major regulatory change programs.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous consulting experience with Tier 1 banks or other major financial institutions.
  • Experience developing regulatory propositions, supporting business development or contributing to client proposals and senior-level client discussions.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions, embracing AI-enabled ways of working to enhance delivery and client outcomes.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications, including opportunities to build your understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services through technology, responsible AI and innovation.
