The Role (Closer-Only)
- Close warm, inbound tax resolution leads
- Run confident, controlled consultations
- Sell real solutions:
- Offer in compromise
- Installment Agreements
- CNC
- Penalty Abatement
- Overcome objections without discounting or panic
- Hit numbers. Get paid. Repeat.

Compensation (Where Closers Pay Attention)
- Base + Aggressive Commission - up to 15%
- Expected Total Earnings: $120,000 – $250,000+
- $10,000–$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Amount based on relevant tax experience & early performance
- Must be in good standing and meeting benchmarks
- Paid after 60 days of full-time employment
