Tolling Operations Supervisor

Role purpose :

Supervise and control production system to ensure producing service is well provided to stakeholders. Responsible for the implementation of processes to ensure a high quality, reliable supply at an acceptable operational cost of produced.

Accountabilities:

• Assist Tolling Operations Supervisor for all activities at Toller during the time of processing & packing of Syngenta products to assure the technique requirement.
• Understanding the activities of seed processing and ensure all activities is managed follow SOP and processing to assure the quality with clear focus on quality and customer responsiveness
• As the technical expert, provide spesific knowledge of seed processing and equipments of seed processing.
• Own, define, and communicate with PIC of Toller to perform the activities as agreed KPI's
• Maintain and improve the activities in Toller to improve the Recovery and Quality of pprocessing products.
• Active participant in P&S team(s), working with the other in P&S members in the operational delivery of supply.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities:

• Bachelor degree : BS Engineering graduate (Agricultural or Mechanical is advantage) with basic/good experience in machine operations
• Must have equipment/machinery trouble shooting basic skills and knowledge
• Language (site or country) plus English
• Leadership potential capability both for process and people management
• Good academic performance
• Trainings or Certifications related to post-harvest processing, machine maintenance and other relevant trainings received.
• Accustomed with Microsoft office applications
• Basic technical skill related to processing technolgy and management.
• Result oriented and custumèr focused
• Potential to develop strong communication and collaboration skill.
• Cross cultural awareness.
• Strong drive to successfully complete tasks and projects

• Timely and cost-efficient Operations
• Critical to Costumer and Critical to Quality (CTC/CTQ) framework application on the operations
• Maintaining mechanical integrities of Post-Harvest, Conditioning, Treating and Packing equipment’s, machine breakdowns and PSSQR
• Gaps on the implementation of process documents and HSE Life Critical programs
• Education / training of staff /competency (process and personal)
• Planning and Timing of activities
• Stakeholders’ collaboration, working behaviour and flexibility
• People and process management
