We are seeking to recruit a Payment and Settlement Officer for a junior-level position.
Your responsibilities
- Processing payments in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories
- Processing trade settlements in accordance with proper instructions received from clients and/or authorised signatories
- Reconciling company bank accounts, client cash accounts and securities accounts
- Communicating with clients and third parties
- Performing general office administration tasks
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Business Operations and SQFSM management
- Providing ad hoc support to the company’s related parties
- Previous experience in payment processing is an asset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; other languages are an asset.
