Digital Marketing Specialist, Corporate and Investment Banking

To implement and optimise integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns for the business unit, country, sector, product or coverage area in scope. The role uses data, insights, UX principles and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve client experiences, campaign performance and business outcomes. It ensures a consistent and compelling message across all marketing channels while driving innovation, continuous improvement and alignment with Group standards.

Other Qualifications: Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be advantageous

Experience Required

5-7 years experience developing innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences, working with digital marketing channels and platforms such as website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM/ GEO and using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

1-2 years experience in engaging at an Executive level in organisations in order to develop marketing plans. Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technology to streamline processes, improve campaign effectiveness and with the financial services industry, including understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
