Corporate Affairs & Public Relations Manager

To lead and execute Stanbic Bank Botswana's Corporate Affairs, Reputation Management and Strategic Communications agenda, protecting and enhancing the Bank's reputation amongst customers, regulators, shareholders, employees, communities, media and other key stakeholders. The role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated internal and external communication strategies, managing media and public relations, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, corporate social investment (CSI), crisis, and issue management, and thought leadership initiatives. The role will strengthen trust, advocacy and visibility for the Bank while ensuring alignment with Standard Bank Group standards and strategic objectives.

Experience in engaging at an Executive level in organisations in order to develop marketing plans. Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technology to streamline processes, improve campaign effectiveness and with the financial services industry, including understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.

5-7 years

Experience developing innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences, working with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM and using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goaExls.
