Marketing Coordinator F/M

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “ Marketing Coordinator ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

• Coordinate new product launch activities, ensuring readiness across materials, communication, system maintenance and reporting;
• Support the update of sales planning and portfolio of the business divisions;
• Support the pricing topics, including price and discount settings;
• Coordinate and follow up of marketing projects such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events;
• Maintain close collaboration with the sales team, capturing market needs, customer feedback, and competitive insights;
• Coordinate and follow-up the marketing actions and communication campaigns;
• Conduct market research and trade competition analysis;
• Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools and files;
• Create product catalogues, leaflets, and trade marketing materials;
• Translate and adapt content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and local relevance;
• Support and coordinate the management of social media channels;
• Update and maintain website and internal portals;
• Ensure brand consistency in line with Bosch guidelines;

Education :

• Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields;

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellence in Execution, analytical, organized, self-motivation, computer literate (including good Excel and PowerPoint skills);
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit;
• High motivated and outgoing personality with a proactive attitude;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability.
