Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a Finance Supervisor with 6-10 years of experience to lead a team of five analysts supporting a range of financial functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business analytics with demonstrated people leadership . This role requires proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and EPM or other ERP systems , as well as the ability to work effectively with databases and large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five analysts supporting financial functions such as headcount reconciliation, operating expense analysis, capital expense analysis, journal entry preparation and posting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Execute and continuously improve recurring finance processes using SAP and EPM systems.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence models in Power BI or Tableau to deliver accurate analysis, reporting, and actionable insights

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field .
• 6-10 years of experience in Power BI or Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and EPM or another ERP system.
• Hands-on experience with databases, data modeling, and the analysis of large and complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least two employees , including assigning work, coaching team members, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills .
• A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Any level of coding, for example, MySQL or DAX language, is not compulsory but an advantage.
