At Rehire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology in their search for a Senior Art Director, a key leadership position within their in-house creative agency in Buenos Aires working alongside global colleagues.
We are looking for a senior conceptual thinker, campaign builder, and creative leader with proven expertise in turning complex B2B and financial business challenges into high-impact visual narratives. The successful candidate will provide creative leadership and mentorship to the local design team while remaining hands-on in driving creative concepts from initial brief through final execution across digital, print, video, and experiential touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
· Strategic Visual Communications: Lead strategic visual communications across diverse business divisions, developing original creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
· Complex Data & Financial Storytelling: Transform complex financial concepts and data into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, video, and experiential campaigns that resonate with global B2B audiences.
· Campaign Ideation & System Building: Conceptualize and execute original creative campaigns from ideation to completion. Establish cohesive visual concepts and scalable campaign systems across channels.
· Leadership & Mentorship: Provide creative direction, guide local team members, lead creative reviews, and mentor junior designers to continuously elevate the team's creative capabilities.
· Stakeholder Management & Presentations: Present creative concepts directly to Senior Leadership and key global stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and creative vision with confidence and clarity.
· Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams and copywriters to deliver unified brand experiences, effectively synthesizing stakeholder feedback through rounds of iteration.
· Innovation & Emerging Tech: Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging design technologies (AI tools, motion, etc.) throughout the creative process to optimize workflow efficiency.
· Project Management: Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional craft standards and attention to detail.
Requirements:
· 6 to 8+ years of experience as an Art Director within a creative agency or corporate in-house team.
· Portfolio: An updated portfolio demonstrating strong expertise across digital, print, video, and experiential mediums, with clear proof of B2B or Financial Services campaign work (MANDATORY).
· Core Technical Stack: Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), design and prototyping platforms such as Figma or Sketch, and typography/composition.
· Languages: Advanced to fluent written and spoken English skills with the ability to present creative concepts effectively to global stakeholders (MANDATORY).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· AI & Emerging Tools: Practical experience using AI-powered design software (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) in ideation and concept development.
· Motion Graphics & 3D: Familiarity or experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) or 3D design platforms.
· Project Tools: Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, or Slack.
· Industry: Direct experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or B2B marketing with a solid understanding of complex data visualization.
About the Position:
· Work Model: Hybrid, based in Buenos Aires City (Puerto Madero).
· Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday).
· Contract Type: Direct employment. This is a permanent position.
