Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting, and analytics.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Product Owners to deliver data solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to identify trends, validate requirements, and support business decisions.
- Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, business documentation, and acceptance criteria.
- Support testing activities, data validation, and UAT processes.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects.
- Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Experience working with reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ability to understand data models, data flows, and business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
