About this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 2–3 years of construction project management experience ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in civil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management .
- Understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and contract administration .
- Experience coordinating subcontracted and self-performed work .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software .
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to travel to project sites as required .
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record .
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate active construction sites, including stairs and ladders .
- Experience with IDIQ, design-build, or task-order construction projects .
- Experience with government or federal construction contracts .
- OSHA 30 certification .
- First Aid and CPR certification .
- Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification .
- Engineer in Training (EIT), Associate Constructor (AC), or similar industry credential .
