- Work with initial requirements, specifications and change requests, translating business needs into accurate back-office and CRM configurations.
- Execute and maintain system configurations across relevant back-office platforms.
- Build, update and quality-check CRM email templates in line with campaign requirements and brand standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm campaign content, targeting, timing and technical requirements.
- Become familiar with the different backend and CRM systems, acting as a hands-on problem solver and identifying practical solutions within system capabilities.
- Support the Operations team with day-to-day platform, campaign and configuration requests.
- Carry out checks to ensure configurations and communications are accurate, consistent and ready for launch.
- Document recurring processes, configurations and campaign setups to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
