At Perplexity, we're changing how the world finds answers. In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. - Give employees great day-to-day IT support, in person and remotely, across hardware, accounts, and SaaS apps.
- Build and promote self-service tools across the company.
- Contribute to IT projects across endpoint management, identity and access management (IAM), and our IT back end.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT help desk and systems administration, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
- Experience with macOS and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, ideally Okta Workflows
- Experience using AI coding tools and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with MDM like Iru or Intune is a plus.
