- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to company strategy and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Translate market trends, customer feedback, business priorities, and emerging technologies into actionable product strategies.
- Drive roadmap planning and prioritization across multiple product lines and initiatives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and business outcomes.
- Use customer insights, market intelligence, and product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Champion product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Influence executive stakeholders and help shape long-term business and investment decisions.
- Lead cross-functional product launches and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create competitive advantage.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven success defining strategy and delivering SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, or platform-based products.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and commercial goals.
- Experience building product roadmaps, developing business cases, and driving execution from concept through launch.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for coaching teams and developing future product leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience leading product organizations in a high-growth technology company.
- Background in AI-enabled products, data analytics, automation, or platform solutions.
- Experience supporting multiple product lines or enterprise-scale software platforms.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
