Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Role summary:

We are seeking a talented  Product Analyst  to work closely with product team and the local Data Manager in India, providing analytical support across the product lifecycle – from discovery and analysis to monitoring and optimization. You will help drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing user behavior, tracking product performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven individual looking to grow their product analytics skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the embedded analytics partner for product managers from ideation through discovery, research, planning, execution, and launch.
  • Analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover customer needs, validate hypotheses, estimate business impact, and monitor KPIs during all product lifecycle stages.
  • Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate new features.
  • Analyze results, synthesize insights, and deliver product optimization recommendations.
  • Build robust, self-serve dashboards, reports, and alerts to track core metrics and enable self-serve data-driven product decisions.
  • Proactively analyze customer data, usage patterns, and market trends to surface opportunities and potential friction areas.
  • Partner with data engineering to influence the data platform roadmap based on evolving data needs.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage automation, AI tools, and data agents to streamline analytical workflows and scale insights generation.

Who you are?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business or product analyst (financial services is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Vizualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc).
  • Experience with AI tools and a hands-on approach to leveraging tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code to improve analytical workflows.
  • Superb data storytelling ability to influence audiences at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking plans, and QA of implementation.
  • Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong business acumen and product intuition.
  • Independent yet strong team player, highly curious and driven to understand customers.
