About the team

  • As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets.
  • The Commercial team is responsible for developing and deepening relationships with high-value individual and institutional clients, understanding their needs, and connecting them with relevant products and solutions across the OKX ecosystem.

About the Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Managers in delivering a responsive, seamless experience for high-value clients in Singapore.
  • You will take ownership of client preparation, day-to-day servicing, follow-up, and internal coordination across the client lifecycle. This includes ensuring RMs are well prepared for client conversations, agreed actions are completed promptly, and client requests are handled with care and professionalism across Product, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams.
  • This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who understands the expectations of sophisticated clients, anticipates what needs to be done, and follows through reliably. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a high level of ownership in ensuring both RMs and clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

What You’ll Be Doing

•
Client & Meeting Preparation

  • Prepare concise client briefs covering relationship history, account activity, outstanding requests, and relevant discussion points, ensuring RMs are well prepared for client conversations.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, materials, and logistics, and conduct client or prospect research as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring relevant information is readily accessible to RMs.

•
Onboarding & Account Support

  • Guide clients through onboarding and account maintenance, clearly communicating documentation requirements, next steps, and progress.
  • Coordinate KYC and account-related requests with Operations and Compliance, checking submissions for completeness and following up on outstanding information.
  • Drive operational blockers towards resolution, recognising when matters require RM involvement or specialist review and escalating promptly.

•
RM Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Maintain CRM records, action trackers, and reporting so RMs have clear visibility of client priorities and outstanding actions.
  • Develop knowledge of OKX products and processes to independently handle routine enquiries and anticipate information RMs may need.
  • Identify recurring service issues and improve workflows to reduce administrative burden, strengthen follow-through, and improve the overall client experience.
  • Commercial Support
  • Support RMs with research and preparation for prospective high-value clients, including understanding their business, trading or investment needs, and relevant market developments.
  • Support prospect follow-up and progression through the sales process, coordinating agreed next steps and maintaining momentum.
  • Where appropriate, support targeted outreach and initial client engagement under the direction of RMs.
