What you'll be doing...
- Create journal entries to record transactions on a modified cash basis.
- Reconcile all cash and investment accounts monthly.
- Prepare financial statements accurately and within required timeframes.
- Monitor and facilitate appropriate and timely processing of Trust expenses.
- Calculate premium s and administrative fees timely and accurately.
- Back-up daily cash management and investment directives tasks, as needed.
Who you are...
- Knowledgeable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experienced. 1+ year of operational accounting; employee benefits experience a plus
- Educated. Degree in Accounting or related field or combination of education and experience
- Team Player. Work independently as well as collaborate with others
- Analytical. Able to quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
- Technically Savvy. Proficient in MS Office with advanced level QuickBooks & Excel

If hired, you can expect...
- Starting hourly rate of $30.70 - $41.54 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
