So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE is seeking an experienced, highly driven Services Program Manager with strong expertise in delivering large-scale, complex technology programs—specifically in the financial services domain. This role requires deep hands-on program governance capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to drive end-to-end execution of Actimize delivery programs.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution across all lifecycle stages while maintaining strong client relationships and program governance standards.

Work Hours (Mandatory):

  • EMEA Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM IST

How will you make an impact?

In this role, you will be accountable for full program lifecycle leadership and act as a key liaison between clients, business teams, technical teams, and GTC. You will ensure programs run smoothly, meet expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Owning and leading the complete delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Governing program execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Preparing and delivering executive-level program updates and governance reports.
  • Managing escalations and driving corrective action plans to closure.
  • Identifying program risks, conflicts, and mitigation plans proactively.
  • Collaborating with global NiCE teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and GTC.
  • Ensuring compliance with NiCE processes, delivery frameworks, and Code of Ethics.

Have you got what it takes?

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Mandatory experience leading large-scale enterprise Cloud Migration programs.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification – Mandatory.
  • Strong expertise with MS Project and deep understanding of SDLC (Waterfall).
  • Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
  • NiCE Actimize experience – Preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
