Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Talented Senior Full Stack Engineer  to join our marketing team in Tel Aviv. You will help build and maintain the signup and onboarding flows of our new users for the Navan Edge product, which also incorporates our intelligent AI agents.In this role, you will develop the web interfaces, landing pages, and growth features that support our user acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure our public-facing pages and registration flows are functional, performant, and aligned with our business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain seamless signup and onboarding flows, landing pages, and user acquisition funnels for Navan Edge, integrating AI agent interactions to enhance the new user journey.
• Develop all kinds of A/B tests, ranging from simple UI tweaks and copy variations to complex, multi-step user flow experiments, ensuring we make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and the broader engineering team to deliver technical requirements.
• Integrate standard marketing technologies, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
• Optimize web pages to meet standard performance metrics, technical SEO requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and standard UI component architecture.
• Strong practical experience building, deploying, and tracking various types of A/B tests (client-side and server-side) and working with site optimization platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to new marketing initiatives.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and implement standard testing practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams.
