We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal. Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but much of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local public agencies and state DOT’s.

• Supporting project managers in the planning and execution of roadway design projects. • Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines. • Conducting engineering analysis and design for assigned projects. • Designing projects or project components and preparing project documents. • Applying engineering techniques, methods, and design criteria to support project execution. • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met. • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and specifications. • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • May be involved in the mentorship and development of junior level staff.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain • 5+ years of progressive experience in roadway and highway design, including work on ODOT or local agency projects • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support project delivery across multiple tasks • Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads required; experience in AutoCAD, and Civil 3D preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
