At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance decision-making, streamline deal workflows, and enable smarter, faster execution across Deal Desk and vendor operations

Serve as a subject matter expert across the deal lifecycle, pricing constructs, and O2C processes, guiding Sales and internal stakeholders

Identify and deliver vendor-led growth initiatives by leveraging data and insights to optimize deal value and improve sales outcomes

Drive vendor performance and accountability through clear governance, SLA adherence, and operational alignment to support quality, consistency, and scalability

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in deal execution while managing high-volume, high-complexity deal flows

Leverage data insights and root cause analysis to proactively resolve escalations, influence stakeholders, and improve performance outcomes

Bring external industry insights and best practices to evolve deal strategies, vendor models, and Deal Desk processes, strengthening competitive advantage

2+ years' experience with Google and Microsoft Office products
