COMPANY OVERVIEW

KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. KKR aims to generate attractive investment returns by following a patient and disciplined investment approach, employing world-class people, and supporting growth in its portfolio companies and communities. KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds. KKR’s insurance subsidiaries offer retirement, life and reinsurance products under the management of Global Atlantic Financial Group. References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.

The Global Treasury team sits within the Global Markets Operations group at KKR and supports all treasury and cash management operations — including capital calls and distributions, deal funding and closing, bank account management, FX settlements, liquidity management, and credit. As the team sharpens its focus on continuous improvement, we are seeking a high-performing individual who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Client Services Treasury Associate, you will support the day-to-day delivery of treasury servicing across asset classes — including credit, private equity, and co-investments — and serve as a key point of contact for investor treasury matters. You'll execute core treasury operations with accuracy and urgency, help resolve investor inquiries, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, controls, and technology that make our client servicing more efficient and scalable. This role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by hands-on operational work in a collaborative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing & Communication

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for investor and internal stakeholder treasury inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Support proactive, high-quality communication on investor capital movements and treasury matters.
  • Help prepare reporting and materials that provide visibility into treasury operations and investor cash flows.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve the investor experience and operational efficiency across asset classes.

Operational Execution

  • Execute end-to-end client treasury servicing tasks, including capital calls, distributions, wire instruction management, and cash settlement processes.
  • Follow and help maintain governance and escalation protocols with third-party fund administrators and banking partners.
  • Support risk management, SOX compliance, and audit-readiness activities across treasury client operations.
  • Partner with colleagues across Client Services, Treasury, Legal, and Finance to apply established policies, controls, and best practices.

Process & Technology Improvement

  • Support the rollout and adoption of treasury management systems, inquiry-management tools, and automated reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, transparency, and control.
  • Help implement standardized workflows that reduce reliance on email-driven communication and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record from an accredited college or university.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury operations, client servicing, financial operations, or related fields within alternative asset management or financial services.
  • Working knowledge of capital flows, cash management, and investor servicing across private equity, credit, and/or co-investment structures.
  • Experience supporting process improvements, system implementations, and/or control and risk initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients professionally and clearly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and resilient, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity.
