About this role

Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in month-end closing procedures and generate accounts payable reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and identify process improvements while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role in international environment (Shared Services Center experience advantage)
Experience with ERP systems and in accounting software, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong accuracy in data entry, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies
Excellent organizational skills and effective communication with internal and external customers (vendors)
Proficiency in English at B2 level, with strong written and verbal communication.
