A brand-new adventure is coming to Gawler Primary School , and we're looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead it.
Starting with our exciting Holiday HQ launch from 18 January , you'll help create unforgettable summer experiences before leading our ongoing Before and After School Care program.

About the Role
You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service while creating a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for children.
You will:
- Lead and develop a passionate team of Educators
- Deliver fun, enriching programs that children love
- Build strong relationships with families and the school community
- Manage compliance, administration and rostering
- Drive enrolment growth and community engagement
Service Hours
This permanent part-time role is 31.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours. Full availability is required across the week.
Rise Then Shine (Before School Care) 6:30am - 8:30am | Stay and Play (After School Care) 3:05pm - 6:00pm | Holiday HQ 6:30am - 6:00pm
About You
You'll bring:
- Leadership experience within OSHC, childcare, education or recreation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A recognised Diploma qualification suitable for OSHC leadership in SA
- Current Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
