- Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
- Good knowledge of Payroll processes and configuration
- Ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
- Experience working with business/users in an international environment.
- Good communication skills
