As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of compelling content and integrated campaigns that educate SMB construction businesses discovering and evaluating Hover.

This is an opportunity to build a modern content engine from the ground up. This role owns content strategy for our self-serve, product-led business and you'll be responsible for developing a high-impact content strategy that supports business priorities.

You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to bring our story to life through thoughtful, high-impact content that fuels awareness, engagement, and monetization.

You will contribute by

  • Own Hover's content marketing strategy across long-form and short-form content, including website pages, blogs, digital resources, thought leadership, product content, email, and campaign assets.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns and corresponding content calendar that supports strategic initiatives, product launches, seasonal programs, and revenue goals.
  • Create compelling content that speaks to contractors and other key audiences throughout the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear, customer-centric messaging and content.
  • Partner within the Growth Marketing team on experimentation and prioritization so content is built against the highest-impact areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process—including creative briefs, stakeholder reviews, publishing, and performance measurement.
  • Produce and contribute to the execution of a variety of content formats, like website content, blog articles, webinars, original research and industry reports, guides and templates, video.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance to identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve organic website traffic, content engagement, self-serve signups, feature utilization, and monetization.
  • Stay current on content marketing, AI-assisted content creation, and B2B storytelling trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.

Your background includes

  • 4–6 years of experience in Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success developing content-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and leading content production from concept through publication.
  • Experience creating B2B marketing content, including blogs, content libraries, landing pages, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience measuring content performance and using data to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Design, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform.
  • Experience working at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers or industries such as construction, insurance, real estate, or vertical SaaS.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and modern content workflows.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and how content supports organic growth.

Hybrid roles at Hover

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$163,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
