We are looking for a motivated and curious People & Organization Intern who wants to learn how HR works in an international manufacturing environment, gain hands-on experience and become part of our team.
What will you do?
- Support the People & Organization team in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities and help new employees feel welcome.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, presentations, reports and employee communications.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events and employer branding activities.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and support the implementation of People & Organization initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and gain insight into HR processes in a manufacturing environment.
What are we looking for?
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- A genuine interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English.
Previous experience is not required — motivation, curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
