About this role

Customer Communication: professional and timely response to customer and network inquires.
Point of Escalation: Serving as the primary point of escalation both internally and externally.
Data Competency: ensuring complete, accurate, and timely data for all shipments. Including managing EDI transmissions and the integrity of internal and external reporting.
Exception Management: using reporting, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions.
Process Mastery: Total comprehension of customer processes.

Fluent in English
Desired - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics or related field
One year of work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
Completion of the Customer Service Program (or future enrollment)
Desired – Co-Pilot AB-730 certification, Microsoft MOS certification
Desired - Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics
