Manager, People Systems & Analytics

As the Regional People Systems (RPS) – Workday for your brand, you are the functional owner of Workday within the local People & Culture organization. You ensure accurate system configuration, data integrity, process compliance, and user adoption by partnering closely

You act as the primary Workday point of contact for the brand, supporting implementations, enhancements, testing, data governance, and day-to-day functional operations with HR, People Operations, Shared Services, Payroll, and Global P-Tech..

Responsibilities:

Project Support:

•
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new modules within the Workday platform.

•
Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution by aligning with Stakeholders on gathering project related data.

•
work on integration and migration projects as required with p-tech team

Testing:

•
Assist in system updates, new features, and minor enhancements.

•
Support requirement gathering by coordinating with HR and People Operations.

•
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business scenarios.

•
Track and report testing results and follow up on defects.

Data Management:

•
Perform regular data checks to ensure employee and organizational data is accurate.

•
Support data clean-up activities and corrections when needed.

•
Maintain alignment between Workday data and payroll inputs.

•
Generate basic reports and validate outputs.

User Support:

•
Provide first-level functional support to HR, managers, and employees.

•
Troubleshoot common issues related to business processes and transactions.

•
Work with Shared Services to resolve operational queries.

•
Guide users on correct process steps and system usage.

Documentation:

•
Maintain process documents, job aids, and standard operating procedures.

•
Update documentation when processes change.

•
Support the preparation of training materials for end users.

Process Mapping:

•
Assist in documenting local HR processes aligned with Workday workflows.

•
Keep process maps up to date for reference and training purposes.

•
Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a manager role. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.

•
Prior experience within IT services, management consulting, or professional services firms is preferred.

•
Proven experience working with Workday HRIS system configuration, testing, and administration.

•
Strong understanding of core HR business processes, organizational structures, and HR data management.

•
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirements gathering, and system implementation/upgrades.

•
Solid knowledge of data governance, data audits, and bulk data loading using EIB files.

•
Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., Workday to SmartRecruiters, SAP/Concur, Slack, and Payroll systems).

•
Ability to create and maintain functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

•
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to interface effectively with People Operations, IT, Payroll, and Global teams.
