Key Responsibilities
Feasibility assessments : Conduct site inspections and evaluate project viability.
Project planning : Prepare and implement detailed project plans aligned with organizational goals.
Cost estimation : Research and provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and timelines.
Safety and compliance : Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Problem-solving : Make recommendations and present alternative solutions to technical challenges.
Stakeholder liaison : Confidently liaise with professional subcontractors and external partners.
Project management : Manage budgets, resources, and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Industry experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry knowledge strongly preferred.
Technical proficiency : Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and other engineering tools.
Analytical skills : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Time management : Excellent organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
Leadership : Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams of professionals across complex projects.
Multitasking: Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
