Role Summary
- Role Type: Client-facing, hands-on engineering + solutioning (pre-sales through early delivery)
- Location: Major US hub (e.g., New York, Bay Area, Dallas, Chicago – flexible for the right candidate). Travel Expected.
- Ideally on site, then hybrid, then remote all options are possible but preferred in that order.
- Level: Manager/Principal/Senior Principal
- Business Unit: (Enterprise AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions).
- Reporting to: Artificial Intelligence Leader, North America.

Required Experience
- 12+ years in AI, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- 3+ years hands on experience in AI stack
- 5+ years designing enterprise platforms
- 3+ years implementing AIOps or Observability platforms.
- Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation programs.
- Experience supporting mission-critical or regulated industry platforms.
- Experience working with AI/ML production environments and operational frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management with enterprise architecture, operations, security, and delivery teams.
