The opportunity
Microsoft's AI and Azure technologies are changing how businesses operate, how partners deliver solutions and how new revenue opportunities emerge.
For Microsoft partners, the challenge is no longer simply understanding what's technically possible. It's knowing which technologies to invest in, how to turn them into valuable services and how to build a sustainable business around them.
That's where you come in.
At Companial, we're looking for a Partner Technology Strategist who combines deep technical knowledge of Microsoft AI and Azure with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem.
You'll help Microsoft partners navigate new technologies, identify commercial opportunities and translate technical possibilities into practical, scalable solutions.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, strategy and business development.

Interested?
If you enjoy connecting technology with business opportunities and helping Microsoft partners move forward, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Companial and help shape the next chapter of AI and Azure innovation across our partner ecosystem.

Companial is a global Microsoft partner community supporting Dynamics partners with technical expertise, training, services, licensing and business development.

We help partners strengthen their capabilities, expand their service offerings and grow their businesses within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Our international teams combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of the commercial challenges Microsoft partners face.
As Partner Technology Strategist, you'll work closely with partners, Microsoft and internal specialists to accelerate the adoption and commercial success of Azure and AI technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

•

Advising Microsoft partners on AI and Azure architecture, technology choices and strategic opportunities.

•

Helping partners develop commercially viable AI solutions, services and business models.

•

Supporting the design of solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio and related technologies.

•

Guiding partners on RAG architectures, AI agents, integrations and responsible AI implementation.

•

Translating complex technical developments into clear business opportunities and actionable recommendations.

•

Advising on Microsoft licensing, consumption models, pricing and AI monetization.

•

Supporting technical workshops, partner enablement sessions and strategic discussions.

•

Collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders and internal Companial teams to identify new partner opportunities.

•

Keeping partners informed about relevant developments across Microsoft's Azure and AI ecosystem.
You bring a combination of technical depth, strategic thinking and the ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Ideally, you have:

•

At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure or AI architecture.

•

Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its AI services.

•

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Copilot Studio and AI agent architectures.

•

Understanding of RAG, data integration, security, governance and scalable cloud architecture.

•

Experience translating technical solutions into business value and commercial opportunities.

•

Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, Azure consumption and cloud pricing models.

•

Experience working with Microsoft partners, technology vendors or within the Microsoft ecosystem.

•

Strong presentation, advisory and stakeholder management skills.

•

Professional proficiency in English.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform or the wider Business Applications ecosystem would be particularly valuable.
Technical knowledge matters, but so does your ability to make that knowledge useful to others.

You enjoy explaining complex technologies in a way that makes sense to different audiences. You're curious about emerging developments, commercially aware and comfortable challenging ideas when there's a better approach.

You can move between an architectural discussion with a technical specialist and a strategic conversation with a partner's leadership team.

Most importantly, you understand that successful technology adoption requires more than a good technical solution. It needs a clear purpose, a strong business case and people who know how to bring it to market.

  • An international role within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

•

The opportunity to influence how partners adopt and commercialize AI and Azure technologies.

•

Close collaboration with Microsoft, Companial specialists and partner leadership teams.

•

A combination of technical strategy, partner engagement and business development.

•

Autonomy to bring your expertise, ideas and initiatives into the organization.

•

A collaborative international environment with opportunities for professional development.

•

A hybrid working arrangement connected to a Companial hub.
