ABOUT THE ROLE
Your job is to help more businesses discover, try, and become paying customers of Chatbase.
You'll be tasked with scaling promising growth opportunities, run experiments, and scale what works. That could mean improving our visibility in search and AI answers, testing paid channels, growing our affiliate program, or building partnerships.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own work from the initial hypothesis through execution and measurement, partnering with product, engineering, content, and sales when needed. You'll be measured on the customers and revenue your work generates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Launch experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and a plan for what to do next.
→ Track conversion, acquisition costs, and customer quality to understand which efforts drive sustainable growth.
→ Turn successful experiments into repeatable programs and stop investing in approaches that aren't working.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ A track record of driving measurable growth for a startup, software product, or your own business.
→ Depth in at least one growth channel and curiosity to learn and experiment across others.
→ Good judgment about where to spend time and money, including when to keep testing and when to move on.
→ Resourceful and hands-on. You can get an experiment live without waiting for a large team or a perfect setup.
→ High ownership. You care about business results and follow through from idea to outcome.

This role is in-office, five days a week, in downtown Toronto. We offer generous early equity.
