UX Designer
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support a digital transformation initiative. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand user needs, facilitate workshops, define requirements, and translate business requirements into user journeys, process flows, and wireframes.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders
•
Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback
•
Analyse data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights
•
Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions
•
Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys
•
Facilitate information architecture creation using tools such as card-sorting and tree-testing
•
Conduct benchmark analysis of relevant websites
•
Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour and assumptions
•
Create wireframes and user flows based on discovery findings
•
Ensure alignment of designs to relevant design kits and WOG standards
•
Refine designs based on validated results and stakeholder feedback
•
Work with stakeholders to ensure designs can be implemented on Optical
•
Provide and hand over high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile to the implementation team
Key Requirements:
•
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, UX Consultant, Product Analyst, Service Designer, or a related role.
•
Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
•
Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
•
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms.
•
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
•
Ability to translate business needs into practical and user-centric solutions.
