About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Global Business Analyst Sales Insights to support commercial teams through strategic analyses and actionable insights.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, data, and strategy, connecting commercial needs with the right metrics and visibility. You will help internal teams and partners better understand performance, identify opportunities, and make smarter decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Own one of the pillars within the Sales Insights area, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
- Define, build, and evolve business metrics, dashboards, and performance visibility.
- Ensure dashboards are reliable, high-performing, and effectively used by stakeholders.
- Translate commercial needs into structured analyses and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes, reduce manual work, and scale analyses.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Data, and Analytics teams to align business objectives with data initiatives.
What you’ll need
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in SQL , Power BI and Databricks.
- Experience in data, analytics, insights , or product-related roles.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and experience turning data into insights .
- Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and performance visibility.
- Analytical, proactive, and curious mindset, with an interest in AI and process automation .
- Strong organization, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Advanced English ; Spanish is a plus.
