YOUR MISSION

The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

Business Development

• Implement the sales strategy in the field

• Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature

• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships

• Be accountable for th e profitability and growth of your business portfolio

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team

• Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires

• Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering is required

• 1 to 5 years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields

• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions

• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships

• Results-orient ed with a rigorous and structured approach

• A compensation package between $75,000 - $85,000, including an attractive variable component ($25,000)

Salary: Total compensation ranges around $75,000-85,000 + $25,000 annual bonus

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
