• Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and building your own pipeline.

• Consult and build relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants.

• Lead client pitches and sales conversations with the goal of scaling Google Ads locally.

• Take ownership of sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting.

• Act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively solving challenges and ensuring long-term success.

• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Help shape and execute the local go-to-market strategy for Google Ads in Slovakia.
• Around 3 years of digital advertising or media sales experience (agency, platform, or direct sales background preferred).

• A strong understanding of the Slovakian digital advertising ecosystem, with good connections in the local market.

• Experience with Google Ads, performance marketing, or e-commerce campaigns.

• Comfortable managing your own sales process and working independently to hit targets.

• Fluency in Slovak and English.
• You’re a natural relationship builder and skilled communicator.

• You enjoy cold outreach, pitching, and winning new clients.

• You’re detail-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive.

• You have experience consulting on campaign reporting, budget allocation, and performance improvement.

• You’re adaptable, coachable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
