• Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications. • Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks. • Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities. • Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness. • Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps teams. • Support CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices. • Establish QA metrics, dashboards, defect management processes, and quality reporting standards. • Identify testing risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies. • Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners. • Ensure production readiness and support release management activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance • Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership • Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft along with Performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Tricentis • Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Performance testing certifications preferred • Experience with AI-driven testing and quality engineering practices • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
