• Lead piping design and plant layout for industrial projects from concept through construction • Develop 3D models, layouts, and detailed design deliverables • Collaborate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and I&C teams • Review vendor drawings and ensure design quality and constructability • Support field work and solve real-world issues during execution • Guide and mentor junior designers
• Own multiple projects—balancing quality, schedule, and budget • Improve design standards, workflows, and best practices • Play a key role in interdisciplinary coordination • Help shape how projects are delivered—not just execute them
• Core experience: • 8+ years of piping design experience • Strong background in plant layout and industrial systems • Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar) You’ll stand out if you have: • Experience with multi-discipline project environments • Knowledge of stress analysis and in-line instrumentation • Experience mentoring or leading designers
• Real ownership—not just task execution • Exposure to complex industrial projects across multiple industries • A path to Lead Designer, Project Manager, or Technical Specialist roles • Opportunities to influence standards and improve how work gets done

Salaries for all positions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate's individual background and expertise. Salaries are subject to fluctuation outside of the given range.
