We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Mailroom Associate to support our operations team. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing mail, scan and organize documents into client files, and maintain accurate tracking logs. What You’ll Do
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently
- Scan and upload documents into client files
- Send all tax returns to clients for signature
- E-file all eligible tax returns
- Prepare wet-signature tax returns for IRS/State submission
- Review all tax returns for accuracy, ensuring balances match between documents and system
- Track and log every piece of mail with precision
- Support the case managers, tax preparers and customer service teams as needed

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite Only - No Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Working Hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm local time
Pay: $19/hour + Monthly Bonus
