To support the Bank through the Dispute Resolution function by investigating disputes, gathering and analysing relevant information, and preparing reports. The role also involves providing legal advice and assisting with the management of court cases to ensure efficient handling and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years’ experience in litigation, including case planning, development, and management.
  • Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and analysis of legal documents.
  • At least 3 years’ experience within the legal and/or financial sector, or in a dispute resolution role within a law firm.

Key Job Functions

  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders, including drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documentation.
  • Manage legal matters and disputes by assessing claims, conducting investigations, and supporting resolution processes.
  • Identify and manage legal risks through proactive reporting and adherence to legal risk frameworks and standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulators.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze legislation and case law to provide practical recommendations.
  • Deliver efficient, client-focused legal services, including litigation support, within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain effective case management practices, including accurate documentation and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
