- Understand the Sitetracker upgrade lifecycle and Salesforce platform.
- Become proficient with the upgrade playbook, Copado, CRT, and existing automation.
- Execute defined portions of standard upgrades.
- Identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI.
- Begin using AI tools as part of your daily technical workflow
- Independently execute standard and moderately complex upgrades.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce, Sitetracker, configuration, automation, and testing issues.
- Build or enhance automated pre- and post-upgrade validation.
- Improve automated regression coverage using CRT or comparable tools.
- Create reusable scripts and automation that reduce manual effort.
- Implement practical AI-assisted workflows or agents that improve upgrade operations.
- Turn recurring upgrade issues into automated checks, tests, or prevention mechanisms.
- Become a trusted technical resource for complex Sitetracker upgrades.
- Own significant areas of the upgrade automation roadmap .
- Build and maintain scalable automated pre- and post-upgrade validation.
- Expand automated regression coverage.
- Develop reusable automation and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual intervention.
- Identify opportunities to make more of the upgrade lifecycle fully automated .
- Lead improvements that reduce upgrade duration, errors, and customer-impacting issues.
- Help move Platform Upgrade Operations from a manual execution model to an automated and increasingly intelligent model .
